These apps are developed and published by Claevix (“we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy or your data, email contact@claevix.com.
All three apps are free. They contain no advertising, no advertising SDKs and no in-app purchases. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Your ledger (cash entries, contacts, categories, notes and balances) is stored on your phone. You can use the whole app without an account and without an internet connection. In that case, none of your data leaves your device.
SchoolBell is used by schools to manage safe pickup. Accounts are created by the school, and the school decides what information is entered. We process this data on the school's behalf, only to provide the service.

When a guardian checks in, the app checks that the phone is within the school premises. Location is used only at that moment, while the app is open. We do not track location in the background and do not keep a location history.
SchoolBell is used by adults: guardians and school staff. It is not designed for children to use. Student information is entered by the school and is visible only to that school's authorised staff and the child's linked guardians.
Your business records (products, prices, stock levels, sales and receipts) are stored on your device. If you choose to sign in to back up or sync your data, a copy is stored on our servers so you can restore it or use it on another device.
To delete your account and data, see Delete your account below or email contact@claevix.com. We reply within 7 days.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app.
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. It's free and takes a minute.
Using Daftardar or Claevix POS without an account? Your data exists only on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings, to delete it completely.
SchoolBell: you can also ask your school administrator to remove your account. Student records are managed by the school.
